A Better Life Health Care Network provides Consumer Directed Services. CDS is a Medicaid based program which provides personal care attendant services (PCA) to individuals with disabilities and/or other medical needs at zero cost to the individual. CDS is designed to assist individuals with disabilities to receive PCA services they need to live safely & comfortably in the home setting of their choice.

The Consumer Directed Services Program (CDS) is a Missouri HealthNet program for Medicaid recipients. If you are a Medicaid recipient, and are in need of assistance in the home, this program gives you an alternative way to receive home care services.

CDS puts you in charge of your care. Rather than using an outside home health care agency, you can direct your own care. You do all the recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling.
